YES it’s that time of year again!
We already got our first snowfall. It stayed round for a few days!
I think we all have a dream of winter somewhere no matter where we live.
A warm house full of fresh firewood maybe…
My dream of winter is a beautiful home
Set amongst a slumbering garden who’s beauty and grandeur is
nothidden by the snowHot cider & chocolate at the ready and a Rosemary Roast on the spit sizzling away slowly.
The sound of stomping boots cleaning off as much snow before entry & the soft glow of holiday lights glittering away.

Your perfect winter sounds lovely, Jasmine! I’d prefer winter to drop in somewhere around Dec. 20 and linger until just after New Year’s, then skedaddle, ha! Even then, if winter days are sunny days, I’m okay with them — it’s just those dreary grey days that I don’t particularly enjoy. Have a super weekend, dear!
I feel the SAME WAY!!! I am excited to sleep in some of those grey days. Maybe my baby will too!

Well it’s Summer here in Sydney and Christmas is completely different, but I want some of what you have right there!! It all looks PERFECT. Maybe it’s because I am English and miss it. In Australia we still use snowflakes etc to decorate at Christmas even though it never ever snows at Christmas. Crazy country!!

Sorry to rain on your parade, Jasmine, but I thoroughly dislike winter. The lack of daylight drags me down, i don’t like the cold, and snow is only pretty when I can sit and look at it and not have to go out and risk mashing my knees up even more if I slip..
Mr Fluffy has been a bit quiet this week has’t he? I’ll try and get him back onstage next week.
Well mr fluffy we will have to get you down to warmer weather! We can’t have you cranky…
